Transcript Request Information

All requests must be made by the student and must include their personal signature, in compliance with federal regulations (Buckley Amendment).

When ordering your CBU transcript, please note that other institutions transcripts are not included.
 
Transcripts are not issued until all outstanding accounts with the University are paid.
 
Transcript requests with insufficient information, incomplete questions, or a note to hold for a grade or degree to post, may cause a delay in processing.

Transcript Fees:

Advance payment is required.

Official
(per transcript)           $6
Unofficial (per transcript)        $3

We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, M/C and Discover.

Additional Transcript Processing Fees:

RUSH (Same Day, per transcript)            $25
Next Day (24 hours, per transcript)        $10
Faxed Unofficial Transcript (per fax)      $15
 
Please note that these fees are in addition to the cost of the transcript. The additional processing fees are added to each transcript requested.

Transcript Processing Time

Standard – Available in 3-5 business days

24-Hour – Request will be ready the next business day, 24 hours from the time of drop off.

Same Day – within 2 hours, depending on processing time


Picking Up Your Transcript

A photo ID is required when picking up your transcript.
 
Student requests received after 2:00 p.m. are considered received the following business morning.
 
Processing time is approximately 3-5 business days, and are available after 10 a.m. on the day of pickup
