Financial aid will be applied against your charges in the following order:
1) Cal Grant
2) Pell Grant
3) SEOG, ACG and SMART Grant
4) Private Scholarships
5) Institutional Aid
6) Loans
The financial aid award shown on your Course & Fee Statement is not applied to your account until after the semester begins. Loan amounts awarded will not be credited to your account until the funds are received from your lender. Awarded amounts may be adjusted from those shown based on changes in direct costs, and/or to comply with federal, state and university regulations and policies.
