Payment Options

Students must select one or more of the following payment options prior to the financial clearance deadline.   International Students are required to pay in full by their financial clearance deadline.

Online Payment & Monthly Payment Plan

Semester Payment Plan - $25 enrollment fee
CBU has partnered with Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) to offer a monthly payment plan to our students. The semester payment plan enables you to pay all or part of your semester charges in installments without interest. Your monthly payments are calculated on an amount that is equal to the total expenses less grants, scholarships, or direct payments made to the University. NBS gives students the option to pay through automatic bank draft (ACH) or credit card. The payment plan requires a $25 per semester enrollment fee.   Payment plans will not rollover from semester to semester.  Students are required to re-enroll for the payment plan each semester.

Online Payment - $2 transaction fee
CBU has partnered with Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) to accept online automatic bank draft (ACH) and credit card payments.  American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid at CBU is administered in accordance with federal, state and institutional policies. Students who have submitted a current FAFSA to the Department of Education may be eligible for financial aid. The amount of financial aid awarded is based on the student's financial need as determined by the results of the FAFSA. The Financial Aid Office will notify students when their financial aid award is ready for acceptance  through LancerMail.  For those students who need additonal monies to cover their educational costs, an alternative loan or Parent Plus loan may be an option. Check out Financial Aid's InsideCBU tab to find out more.
 
If your financial aid award is not complete at least one week prior to the Financial Clearance Deadline, please contact the Student Accounts Office to make alternative arrangments by the deadline.

Cash Payment

Cash payments are accepted in the Student Accounts Office.


Check Payment

Please include your CBU ID# on the check.

Check payments must be received in the Student Accounts Office by close of business day on the Financial Clearance Deadline.

Credit Card Payment

Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted in the Student Accounts Office.  All major credit cards including American Express are accepted online. 


Wire Transfer

help
Students who want to pay their account via wire transfer should contact the Student Accounts Office at StudentAccounts@calbaptist.edu for details.  A $30 transaction fee will be applied to the account for each wire transfer received.
