Students with a credit balance resulting from federal aid and/or federal loan monies will receive a refund check, after all charges have been covered and a credit exists on their account.
 
Students receiving loans will receive a Loan Disclosure Statement sent to their LancerMail account when funds are received by the school. Once the loan funds have been received, reconciled, and posted to the student account, refund check processing will begin.  Please do not contact the Student Accounts Office about a refund until 14 days after you receive your disclosure statement.   The university is committed to processing refunds and providing checks to our students as quickly as possible.
 
Refund checks will automatically be mailed to the students' campus box, if applicable, or to the students' permanent address within 14 days from the date the credit appears on their student account. Students are responsible for making sure their correct address is on file in the Office of the Registrar.

Students with credit balances resulting from cash payments may request a refund check at anytime by contacting the Student Accounts Office at StudentAccounts@calbaptist.edu.
