 All students are required to have a signed Tuition and Fee Agreement on file in the Student Accounts Office. Please click on the Tuition and Fee Agreement in the "Documents" page below. Then, print and complete both pages of the agreement; and submit the signed form directly to the Student Accounts Office through one of the approved options:
- Give the agreement directly to the Student Accounts Receptionist
- Mail the agreement to California Baptisit University, Attn: Student Accounts, 8432 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504
- Fax the agreement to 951-343-4515
