Description
The purpose of the global health engagement practicum is to provide students with an opportunity to expand the
level of understanding of what it takes to be an international health care professional, and to gain new insight about
the commitment it takes to follow the path to becoming an international health care provider. Students will have the
opportunity to travel abroad, working with partners in health care and health related fields. Course may be repeated once
for credit. Prerequisite: ALH 301.(3 units; Summer)
