Description
This course studies the many aspect of leadership in aviation. Various theories of leadership will be studied through study at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Multiple examples will be studied along with studying timeless principles of leadership. Past as well as current leaders will be studied to assess their success and failures. The student will be challenged to develop their personal aspects of leadership to prepare them to be leaders in aviation. (3 units; As offered)
