Description

The main purpose of this course is for students to participate in biomedical research and disseminate results through presentations at research talks and/or conferences. The focus of this class is an independent research project that the student undertakes under the direction of a faculty member who acts as a research advisor. Content varies from year to year and is determined by both instructor's and students' interests. May be repeated for up to eight (8) units of credit. Additional lab fee required. Prerequisite: Permission of the Department Chair. (1-4 units; Fall/Spring/Summer)
