Description

This course introduces new enterprise creation and management from the perspective of the entrepreneur. Some practical issues that are covered in detail include: market planning, business plan preparation, the opportunity recognition process, and startup capital acquisition. The course will cover social entrepreneurship as well as corporate entrepreneurship. Students may only earn credit for either BUS505 or BUS506. (3 units)
