Description
The curriculum focuses on the cooperative process used to prepare, conduct, and successfully resolve issues through the application of mediation and negotiating skills and techniques. This course uses processes and methods developed by members of the Harvard Negotiation Project, International Negotiation Institute, and leaders in the field of conflict resolution. (3 units)
