Description
This is an introduction to the essential computer tools used in a modern information society. Students will examine the historical development of information tools and demonstrate understanding of these information tools by completing a series of projects on the computer. Students will be introduced to five of the Microsoft Office suite application packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. In addition, they will receive an introduction to WebPages design. Students will be expected to demonstrate integration of these packages by the end of the course. (3 units; Fall/Spring)
