A general survey of the New Testament, focusing on the life of Jesus and the development of the early church in its historical/cultural settings. Fulfills general education requirement for non-majors. Possible prerequisite for upper division New Testament courses (CST 330, 331, 440, 441, 442). (3 units; Multicultural; Fall, Spring)
