Description
Supervised field study, practicum and directed teaching with students. Advanced field-based experiences of research and application of learning/teaching principles with students in an approved classroom setting. Supervised teaching experiences are assigned as appropriate. May be repeated once for credit. Pass/Fail. Prerequisites: Hold a Preliminary Multiple Subject or Single Subject Credential, or have completed a teaching internship and applied for the Preliminary Credential, or hold an out-of-state teaching credential with less than two years of experience. Be enrolled in a commission-approved Teacher Induction Program, or provide documentation of having successfully completed one. (6 units)
