Description
Introductory study of environmental engineering principles, including chemistry, microbiology, ecosystems, material and energy balances, nutrient cycles, risk assessment, risk management, sustainability, water treatment, wastewater treatment, air pollution, solid and hazardous waste, noise pollution and radiation protection. Prerequisite: CHE 112, 130, or both 115 and 115L. (3 units; Spring)
