In this course, students will examine contemporary health service issues through multi-disciplinary perspectives and analyze how organizational leaders strategize to improve organizational and healthcare system performance, thereby meeting individual and community health needs. Some topics may include organizational leadership, decision-making, fiscal management, marketing, continuous quality improvement/total quality management, etc.
