Description

This course is designed to impact the way you think about transforming data into better decisions in operations and logistic analytics. This course focuses on how the data can be used by project and program managers to institute initial supply chains and improve existing supply chains in support of effective and efficient logistic outcomes. In order for businesses to remain competitive and profitable, operations and logistics must respond to changes in the market by customers, policy and risk. This course will challenge the student to analyze data from these three areas quantitatively, produce methods to adapt to these challenges, which include challenges of collecting impactful data, and predict possible outcomes.
