Description

This course will include instruction in the following areas: critical thinking, two and three dimensional geometry, representational systems, methods for determining measurement, statistics, data analysis, and probability. Students will analyze complex problems, apply logical reasoning techniques learned fromthe above-mentioned areas, evaluate the truth of mathematical statements, and apply different solution strategies. Prerequisite: MAT 125 (3 units; Spring)
