Description
Concepts of management, leadership and followership, change-persistence and organizational structure as frameworks for managing policy development and delivery of nursing care to groups of clients in an acute care setting. The transition from student role to professional nursing role as provider, coordinator, and designer is emphasized. Co-requisite: NUR 471. (3 units; Interdisciplinary; Fall/Spring; RN-BSN)
