Description
This course continues to build on application of theory to fulfill the FNP role as students complete assessment, diagnosis, planning, and management of patients within a primary care setting. Emphasis will be placed on health promotion, simple acute and stable chronic diseases of infants, children, and adolescents. Requires 135 hours of supervised clinical practice with a preceptor. Prerequisite: NUR 571 and 571P. Concurrent Requisite: NUR 573 (3 units; As Offered)
