Description
The practicum experience focuses on application of theoretical and evidence-based foundations to further develop the FNP role specific to pediatric populations in assessment, diagnosis, planning, management and education of patients within the primary care setting. Requires 135 hours of supervised clinical practice with a preceptor. Practicum: 3 units. Additional lab fee. Prerequisites: NUR 571 and 571P. Concurrent Requisite: NUR 573. (3 units; As offered)
