Description
This course continues to build on application and integration of theory to fulfill the FNP role as the student focuses on assessment, diagnosis, planning, and management of patients within a primary care setting. Emphasis will be placed on health promotion and disease management of the adult with chronic health conditions. Requires 135 hours of supervised clinical practice with a preceptor. Prerequisite: NUR 575 and 575P. Concurrent Requisite: NUR 577 (3 units; As Offered)
