    Complete and submit this form if you've attempted but cannot obtain a Verification of Non-Filing Letter from the IRS (for 2020 tax year), do not have a SSN or ITN, or have not filed taxes with the IRS in the last 4 years.

Student Forms allows you to:

  • Complete financial aid forms on your phone, tablet, or computer.
  • Securely upload documents from any device.
  • E-sign documents—both you and your parents!
  • Manage your financial aid tasks online
  • Receive automated reminders about outstanding tasks and next steps

 

The Priority Deadline for all missing documents is June 15th. If all correct documents are submitted by this date, you are guaranteed to have a Financial Aid Offer before the payment due date.

Please Note: Documents will still be accepted after this date, however, the Financial Aid Office cannot guarantee that verification will be complete before the Payment Due Date. Our office encourages you to make arrangements with Student Accounts if you are unable to submit all your required documents before the June 15th deadline. 

 

*** NEW STUDENTS: Student Forms emails will be sent to the current email you are using to communicate with CBU (gmail, Yahoo, icloud, etc.) until after you are enrolled and your LancerMail is activated. ***
