Cloud Printing with WEPA

California Baptist University offers convenient printing services for students throughout the campus at 17 various locations.

Printing to the cloud with WEPA is easy and can be done through a variety of methods:

Initial Steps to Set Up Account

  • Go to wepanow.com and click on "Login" at the top right hand corner
  • Select "California Baptist University" for school affiliation
  • When prompted, sign-in using your CBU credentials
  • Complete setup as directed 

Print at a Kiosk

  • Swipe your CBU ID card at any WEPA kiosk
  • Follow prompts for printing
  • If a student does not have a CBU ID card, click through the following steps:
    • Select "Don't have a CBU Card?  Tap here."
    • Select "Use school credentials"
    • Follow prompts to login

Pricing

  • Black and White, Single-sided: $ 0.10
  • Black and White, Double-sided: $0.18
  • Color, Single-sided: $0.25
  • Color, Double-sided: $0.40

Add credit yourLancerBucks account with a cash deposit at the University Card Services Office, or make an online deposit via credit card.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is Venmo or Apple Pay available as payment methods?

A:  Availability of both (according to WEPA) will be in late Fall 2019.

Q: How can a purchase additional LancerBucks for printing?

A: Make a cash deposit at the University Card Services Office, or make an online credit card deposit add funds to your LancerBucks account.
