Description
This course introduces the profession of athletic training and clinical decision making through an exploration of evidence-based practice frameworks, interdisciplinary approach to healthcare, legal and ethical considerations for practice, whole person care, healthcare informatics, communication strategies, professionalism and cultural competence. Prerequisite: Admittance into the Athletic Training Program. (3 units; Summer)
