Description
This course provides a discussion of change in relation to the complexities of organizational life. The course takes both a theoretical and practical approach to the issue of organizational change to meet both the academic and applied aims of a cutting-edge MBA course. As such, the course will focus on a sound balance between discussions and practical application in a multi-dimensional context. (3 units)
