This course provides an overview of the impact individuals, groups, and structures have on human behavior within organizations, while also providing an introduction to literature in sociology, psychology, communication, and management. Topics include: individual differences, leadership, work motivation, perception, communication, decision making, power and politics, group development, performance, individual and work team effectiveness, conflict, organizational culture, organizational systems theory, and workplace diversity.
