Description

Examines the social basis of behavior, exploring the major theories, concepts, and research topics in social psychology. Studies the social and interpersonal determinants and consequences of individual behavior, with special reference to social dynamics that shape attitudes, emotions, perception, and behavior. Topics may include social cognition, attitudes and persuasion, leadership, social influence, interpersonal perception, attraction, altruism, and group dynamics. (3 units; Spring)
