Description
This course is designed to provide students with the practical skills and information they will need to apply their knowledge of research and statistics in organizational settings. Topics include: developing or identifying assessments based on organizational needs, administering employee surveys, analyzing data, visualizing data, and using data to inform talent management strategy. Prerequisite: IOP553. (3 units; Fall)
