Description
Introduces students to foundational elements of guitar study. Students will learn how to play chords in open positions, major and pentatonic scales in all keys, note reading, basics of fingerstyle and plectrum technique, improvisation, and ensemble playing. Special emphasis will be placed on worship based applications of guitar playing. May be repeated for credit. (1 unit; Fall)
