Description
Team coordination including delegation, supervision, interdisciplinary care, group process, handling difficult people, and
conflict resolution are implemented in practice. The student participates in management of quality, reduction of risk,
and safety of patients while focusing on evidence-based practice that improves client outcomes through clinical decision
making, critical thinking, identification of problems, and measurement of outcomes. Pre- or Co-requisite: NUR 581.
