Subjects discussed in this course are the major topics of Law, Agency Issues, Contracts and Closings, Financing, Taxation, Leasing and other practical topics geared toward the successful practice of real estate. This course focuses on what it takes to succeed in the real estate business. Field work required. Prerequisite: BUS 301. (3 units; Spring)
