Description
This course is designed to introduce the student to the skills and techniques of dramatic writing for stage and screen. Students will develop a deeper understanding of performative texts through the application of dramatic analysis, research, writing, and critical thinking. Using the techniques of the Dramaturg, the course teaches how play analysis contributes to the realization of theatrical productions.
