FINANCIAL AID OFFICE SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE PETITIONS

 If your family has experienced financial hardship, we invite you to complete the form below to see if you qualify for a Special Circumstance Petition:

To inquire about a 2023-2024 Special Circumstance Petition Request please set up an appointment with your financial aid counselor.

The 2024-2025 Special Circumstance Petition Request Form is not open at this time.

Verification of Non-Filing - All Independent students, and parents of dependent students, who did not file taxes and are selected for FAFSA verification will be required to submit a Verification of Non-Filing Letter from the IRS. If the individual is denied the document from the IRS, or does not receive the document after 10 business days of the request, please submit the completed form below to the Student Forms portal.
