Students must attend a Study Abroad 101 info session to begin their study abroad process. Please arrive on time, as late students will not be let in. Questions are most welcome. All session dates, times and locations are found here.

Study Abroad 101 Info Session Times

For the 2025-2026 Academic Year, all Study Abroad 101 Info Meetings will occur on:
  • Mondays from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm in the Lancer Arms 56 Large Conference Room 
  • Thursdays from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in the Lancer Arm 56 Large Conference Room

        (These are only offered when offices are open, not including holidays or summers)




If you need to get in touch with someone from our office, we will have open office hours every:

Monday - 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Tuesday - 10:00 - 11:00 am
Wednesday - 1:00 - 2:00 pm & 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Thursday - 2:00 - 3:00 pm

(This is for the Fall 2025 semester, as long as the university is open and not on a holiday).
