California Baptist University has partnered with Parchment to accept official transcript orders via the Internet on a secured site. This service allows you to order official academic transcripts 24/7, even when the University Registrar's office is closed or on a holiday break. You can also check the status of your transcript order anytime. Please print or save your order number as this is required for verifying the status of your request.
UPDATE: Effective February 16th, 2022, California Baptist University has received a system upgrade from our vendor, Parchment, for Transcript Plus ordering services. As part of the upgrade, you will now be able to create your own account within Parchment to streamline any future transcript orders that you need. If this is your first time ordering transcripts online or your first time ordering transcripts since the upgrade date, you will be prompted to create your new Parchment account. This will only need to be done once. In all future orders, you will be able to login and have a more streamlined ordering experience. Some requestors may have an existing Parchment account due to transcript orders placed with a different College or University.
